Description of the problem	I purchased a 2014 jeep grand cherokee with roughly 31k miles in 2016 from chrysler dodge dealership in michigan. The shifter is not friendly user and i noticed several seconds of latency in acceleration from a complete stop (city) and the rpms would excel past the correct gear. Id have to take my foot off the gas pedal to help get it into gear (city & highway).
