| Description of the problem | I purchased a 2014 jeep grand cherokee with roughly 31k miles in 2016 from chrysler dodge dealership in michigan. The shifter is not friendly user and i noticed several seconds of latency in acceleration from a complete stop (city) and the rpms would excel past the correct gear. Id have to take my foot off the gas pedal to help get it into gear (city & highway). The gears shifting in sport mode was smoother and took it back to a different dealership (no recall notices were sent) and they stated it was a software issue that has been corrected. Now when i |
