Description of the problem	After receiving the v08 diesel emissions recall update, the truck is very sluggish to accelerate from a stop. Noticeable delay from pressing accelerator to forward motion. Almost hit numerous times as truck hesitated while pulling into traffic. Before the emissions recall this was not an issue. Very dangerous situation. Also some hesitation in shifting through the lower gears.
