Description of the problem	Jeep randomly stalls driving on freeway and/or jerks when downshifting. Vehicle also downshifts hard from 8th to 6th gear, all other gear shifts are fine. While driving at 60 mph vehicle stalled when accelerating to speed up. Vehicle attempted to downshift from 8th gear when stall occurred. Once vehicle was stopped it started back up without issue to destination. It has chugged 5 separate times when downshifting on freeway in the 7 weeks of owning car, this time it completely died. No check engine light or other indications of engine/transmission failure. No failures recorded to onboard computer. Gas tank 3/4, outside temp 38, oil temp 180, transmission temp 140; normal accessories on including lights, radio, heater, seat warmer low. All recalls up to date including campaign uc1.
