Description of the problem	As previously reported, this vehicle makes a loud popping sound and lurches at cold start up. The sound is audible inside the vehicle and outside from about ten feet. Dealer had it in service for three weeks before being informed by corporate that the problem could not be fixed. They said it was "normal" and it functions as designed. The problem continues and has rendered the vehicle unsalable.
