Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 jeep grand cherokee. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v240000 (power train) and was unable to determine when the vehicle would be repaired for months. The dealer and the manufacturer did not disclose when the parts and remedy would become available for the recall repair.
