Description of the problem	My jeep left headlight and right is filling up with water and it is not draining. The right will drain when it feels like it but the left headlamp assembly has water in it for months now and its not going anywhere. This should not be happening and is a defect. Anytime it rains it happens. I can be driving or my jeep sitting still.
