Description of the problem	Having extended starting issues,sometimes car has to be turned off and then back on,have been to dealer 2 times ,purge valve was replaced ,with no change in extended start. Vehicle is stationary. Dealer seemed to be more interested in selling us other services unrelated to extended start such as coolant flush and tires ,spark plugs alignements which have already been completed before visit,this car appears to be under recall r09 , but dealer does not seem to think it is
