Description of the problem	The windshield wipers will not turn off and the turn signal blinkers do not work. All was working; the next day the problem started. Started the vehicle and the windshield wipers started even though the switch was off. The continued windshield wiper problem made it easy to identify that something was wrong. Took it into the dealer for a recall problem (safety recall u65- reprogram powertrain control) and had them look at the new problem, too. The multi function switch was fine but the vehicle needed a new vehicle harness and would cost over $3,500 to fix and install. The dealer would have to order the harness because they do not have any in stock. The dealer charged $145 and kept the car for two days to tell me that. Have disconnected the battery several times in an effort to reboot the vehicle computer. Looking online this is not the only time this has happened. The problem is unresolved.
