| Description of the problem | Vehicle does not reliably start when the brake and engine button are pushed. The dashboard lights up, but there is no message and vehicle fails to start. I often have to try 3-4 times to get the vehicle to start, ultimately having the key at the push start button. Key fob batteries have been replaced several times, star case was opened, and win module replaced. Vehicle has been in for service many times for this issue, which remains. Chrysler case management is well aware of the issue. The only "possible" connection found is an incompatibility with cup led lighting and key fob technology. In addition to being frustrating, it is a safety issue. |
