Description of the problem	Keep getting a message that states the 911 system needs maintenance. When starting my jeep my screen will stay blank for about 3-5 minutes before coming on. When it is blank i am unable to use my back up camera, adjust my climate controls, bluetooth phone. The vehicle will switch between air conditioning and heat, high fan and low fan speed. When the screen is blank i am unable to do anything..... Even using the buttons below the screen do not work. I am unable to unlock my doors using my door unlock/lock control on the drivers side. While im driving i can unlock my doors, which as a safety feature i should not be able to do. My oil change notification will not go away even after getting my oil changed.
