Description of the problem	Driving on bridge, preparing to turn right on the i 15 highway in barstow all lights flashing on info panel . Jeep began to power surge up and down windshield wiper came on radio went off, power steering became hard to control no brakes, came to rolling stop at chevron gas lot lenwood road .
