Description of the problem	Received 2nd notice of recall for sun visor wiring -p36/nhtsa 14v-391 contacted the jeep dealership 3 times and each time they stated i'm on "the list" to be called when the parts come in. According to my last conversation with them, they stated "there is no list"! Why am i getting two different stories and why am i wasting my time? Dealership does not know how to treat their customers or are not correctly informed as to the guidelines of how to process recalls. I'm beginning to rethink my next purchase!
