| Description of the problem | Vehicles "cluster" memory failed causing wipers to malfunction and radio to lose memory. Vehicle occasionally does not recognize keyfob and will set off panic alarm and/or will not detect keyfob, displaying warning which states keyfob has left the vehicle. Dealership has tried "flashing" the memory but problem persists and going back in for service 1-3-14. Upon reading other forums i have found this is a common issue with other grand cherokees. |
