Description of the problem	Started 2014 jeep gc and centre evic screen failed to turn on. Contacted chrysler 1-800 number and they had no record of known issues. Searched internet and apparently there are known issues. Went to jeep dealer and they 'had no idea' ... Have only had vehicle 2 weeks ! Have booked in vehicle with dealership. So much depends in having that radio/control unit functioning.
