Description of the problem	On 8-1-2013 our 2 week old new 2014 jeep grand cherokee when started the instrument cluster would not come on and stayed black. I restarted the jeep and the cluster came on. Then on 8-8-2013 the same thing happened again the instrument cluster went black and stayed off for over fifteen minutes. This is a major safety issue and i am concerned for my wife and daughters safety. I filed a complaint with chrysler yesterday and am calling the dealership today to see what can be done. I just wanted to make a record of this with you as i see online that this is a growing problem .
