| Description of the problem | While my car was sitting idle at a stop light within the city limits of wilmington, nc the passenger side headrest exploded. There was no contact made to my vehicle, the headrest just exploded and sprung forward. Nobody was injured. Until i arrived home and googled what happened i didn't realize the headrest acted as an airbag or that this is a known issue with the 2014 jeep grand cherokee. |
