Description of the problem	Jeep grand cherokee overland has never been involved in any accidents was parked in my driveway. It had not been setting for more than 6 hours since last driven. I opened the front passenger side door and the passenger side head rest activated. Needless to say this scared the heck out of me, but luckily i was not harmed. Upon inspection it looks as though the plastic retainers which hold the unit in somehow broke allowing the headrest to activate.. I am not an engineer, but this is clearly a problem due to faulty engineering or manufacturing. After some time searching on the internet i found tons of other jeep owners who have experienced the same issue. Clearly jeep is aware of this issue, but as of yet has been ignoring the problem. If this had happened to the drivers side head rest while i was driving it could have caused a serious or possibly deadly accident
