| Description of the problem | Ac stopped working and was making noise. Ended up to be the compresser. I only have 21,000 miles on my 2013 grand cherokee. Dealer is charging me $ 1,000.. Chrysler should cover this. My understanding is this part is on back order. This tells me there is a problem with the compresser for the ac. Took it to the dealer on 06/10/2020 charged me $250 had take it back 07/07/2020 air still wasn't working. This is when they told me it was a leak in the compresser. Now it's another $1,000.. I need a phone # to be able to contact chrysler about this problem. [xxx] redacted to protect personally identifiable information pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S.
