Description of the problem	I purchased a used 2013 jeep 2 years ago at novak motors in farmingdale, ny. They told me i needed to go to a jeep dealership to get the brake recall taken care of. I tried calling the closest jeep dealership to my work location at 642 w main street, riverhead, ny and spoke with martha? In the service department today and she said it would be several weeks before the next available appointment. When i asked her if i have warranty work, an open campaign that needed to be fixed, would i be able to get in sooner? The woman then replied to me that they were no longer accepting any new customers at all!
