| Description of the problem | I received a recall notice in june and took my car for repairs. They did the inspection on the jeep and found that i need a new part. I have now been waiting 3 months to get this part and my dealer tells me they can get the part from the factory and don't know when they will. Today i received a new recall notice p36 /nhtsa 14v-391 for a wiring issue on the overhead lights. I took it to the dealer and they told me they would order the parts. Again with know ideal when this would be repaired. The first could cause my breaks to fail the second could cause my car to burn down. I would like to get this repaired what do i need to do? I have contacted the factory with no help. They claim they are trying to produce the parts for the brakes. |
