Description of the problem	I received a brake booster safety recall notice in june - p14 nhtsa 14v-154. I called the dealer today august 4th to set up an appointment for the repair ([xxx], traverse city, mi). The dealer service rep informed me that they do not have parts, only get maybe three parts a week, and said i could be on a waiting list which now has over 30 people. I said at that rate it could be months before the safety recall is completed. He said he had no information about when the repair might happen and agreed that they (chrysler) were not being very responsive. I got on a waiting list and was told they would call me if they get any parts. What is the purpose of a safety recall if the manufacturer and dealer cannot provide any service or commitment?
