| Description of the problem | The headrest on my jeep grand cherokee violently popped (exploded) while driving without cause. When this happened it produced a loud startling noise and struck my daughters head. The vehicle was traveling straight at about 25 mph on a city street when this happened. An internal plastic mechanism in the headrest appears to have broken and now the headrest is permanently in the popped position. |
