| Description of the problem | While driving the vehicle, the passenger headrest safety device deployed. Had someone been sitting in the seat, it could have caused serious head and neck injuries. There was no accident involved, it appears it just failed due to a defect in the locking mechanism. Now we are worried about the driver headrest deploying while we are operating the jeep and it causing an injury or accident. |
