Description of the problem	Active head rest deployed on front passenger side due to failed plastic tabs inside the headrest. When it deploys it shoots forward and can cause serious head injuries. The deployment happened while the vehicle was in motion. It was a random deployment not caused by any impact (the design is actually to deploy when there is impact) in this case it deploys due to a defect in the housing of the pin which holds the headrest in place.
