Description of the problem	Occasionally, when coming to a stop and down shifting, a loud thud is heard and felt, almost as if the transmission clicked into the wrong part of the gear. It also happens occasionally when taking off from a stop. It is difficult to replicate. It was replicated in front of a service representative at the dealer, and was brought in twice for repair, and software was updated and the tranny software flashed, however the problem still occurs.
