Description of the problem	Please reference my previous complaint 11114071 and 11114079 for exact dates of failure for july 2018. The primary and secondary fuel pumps were both replaced and the jeep was returned to me on 8/4/18. I drove it on 8/5/18 once and then twice in the morning on 8/6/18. It sat in the parking lot at my work from 8:30 to 12:30 pm on 08/6/18. At 12:30 pm, the exact same symptoms of starting failure were happening. It started with turnover then immediately died. Then turned on after a 2nd attempt. Then at the restaurant i went to at approximately 12: 55 pm, the jeep completely failed to start. I have video recording of the failure and can produce that for reference. The vehicle is not starting and staying on consistently. The start results in immediately dying and then after a couple attempts like that, it eventually it just cranks and cranks until you shut off the vehicle. It's being towed a second time to the dealer service department. Additionally, a dome light in the front of the vehicle wouldn't shut off since it was returned to me on 8/4/18. It was never a problem before 8/4/18. This is a tipm problem and it needs to be recalled. The 3rd picture i've uploaded is a screen shot from the video i have of the vehicle not starting but cranking and cranking. The other two are captioned. I have this video and can send it.
