Description of the problem	My complaint is regarding nhtsa recall v62/nhtsa 19v-813 for my 2013 jeep grand cherokee. The issue is that the recall has been in effect for over a year and there is still no fix. My vehicle has cut off while driving on the interstate and now does not start at all. I have a car that i cannot drive, fix, or sell due to no fault of my own. My only desire is a replacement vehicle or at least a refund of the current value. We contacted the jeep customer service hotline and their response is that the cost would be too great to the company. These vehicles are dangerous and the fact that there's still no fix should be very troubling. No one should be driving a vehicle that is known to cut off at anytime. Please modify this recall to order a replacement or refund from jeep. It's genuinely the only safe thing to do. Thank you.
