Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 jeep grand cherokee. The contact had not experienced any failures with the vehicle until it was servivced per nhtsa campaign number: 15v115000 (electrical system). Shortly after the dealer (homer skelton chrysler dodge jeep ram, 7661 us-51, millington, tn 38053, (901) 872-0195) serviced the recall, the vehicle was taken back to the dealer because of electrical shorting. The dealer initially diagnosed that the failure was related to the electrical system recall repair. The dealer later stated that the failure was not related to the recall and that the vehicle would need to be diagnosed to determine the cause of the failure. The dealer soldered the wires, but it failed to provide a permanent remedy. The dealer stated that the wires had frayed and the tipm may need to be replaced. The contact felt that the remedy from the recall caused the failures. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and recommended that the dealer repair the vehicle. The failure mileage was not available.
