Description of the problem	There is/has been continued issue with the 2012 jeep grand cherokee not starting and/or ignition getting stuck in starting mode. When the ignition is evidently started after several attemtps the speed control excells to maxed rate including rpm rate while in parked state or driving and upon breaking it did not stop the increased speed until 1 minute or more later (very scrary).
