| Description of the problem | Uconnect is no longer working, looked online and in jeep forum many people have been complaining about this problem for years and jeep and iphone are well aware of the problem, i called the jeep uconnect telephone number and if they cannot do a soft reset you must go to the dealer to fix the problem, if you are out of warranty you must pay, has been going for a long time and ties back to iphone issues with iphone updates. When asked why i need to pay for a service that needs to be reset due to a manufacturer problem i was informed that this is just the way it is. |
