| Description of the problem | Right rear shock is leaking oil, causing damage to suspension. Dealership contacted chrysler and the part is back ordered and will not be available to 6-8 weeks. Unacceptable -this is a safety issue that should not be put off more than a month. So what do customers like myself do, drive around or stay home "carless" because i was sold a bad vehicle? Investigation needs to be conducted and something must be done. |
