Description of the problem	The jeep will sometimes require more braking distance than anticipated. Usually when cold, the brake peddle will feel hard, and if an event requires urgent braking, continuous firm pressure might not result in normal stopping distances. What normally is enough peddle pressure to cause the vehicle to lock its wheels, now results in a slow, steady stop. This will also happen in reverse just slowly backing down the driveway. When parking on a slight grade, the vehicle will move forward or backwards depending on slope, about 2" when the engine is shut off. The brake peddle also moves toward the floor at that time. Recall of the brake booster p14 / nhtsa 14v - 154 was repaired in september of 2014, and i suspect it could again be the issue now. I am having the same dealership look into this.
