| Description of the problem | We bought the 2012 jeep grand cherokee from serra chevrolet in madison tennessee on 5 16 2015 we noticed on drive home brakes were making noise and brakes were all way to floor and spongy i called chrysler and they said there was a recall on brake booster and fuel pump why did this dealer not check those recalls out this is a very unsafe vehicle to operate due to brakes not operating properly the dealership is setting them selves up for a law suit |
