| Description of the problem | I received a safety recall notice campaign p14 / nhtsa 14v-154 related to a problem with the brake booster. I contacted my dealer to schedule a service appointment and was informed that they do not have the parts needed for this recall. When i asked how i should proceed with getting the recall taken care of they stated i should check back with them in one month to see if they have received any parts. I find this highly unacceptable that chrysler issues a recall notice without already having supplied dealers with the recall parts. The dealer did even offer to put me on a notification list, simply said i should check back. |
