Description of the problem	I experienced a 90% failure of the brakes on my 2012 grand cherokee this am. The vehicle which is normally not left outdoors at nigh was left outside last night and the temperature fell to -5 deg f. When i dove away this am and applied the brakes i had +/- 10% of the normal braking power and when i applied the brakes harder i could feel the antilock brake system kick in but still not braking. Once the vehicle sat in the sun and warmed the breaks functioned fine. My understanding from the jeep forum is that this is a design issue with this year and model, according to my dealer there is no recall to fix it.
