| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that while driving approximately 25 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after several attempts. The failure occurred on numerous occasions. In addition, the vehicle failed to start on the first attempt and the contact would have to wait before the vehicle was able to start. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the tipm and the fuel pump relay needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
