Description of the problem	Vehicle shuts off after starting, ticking from engine at random speeds, runs rough at random speeds during different times. I took it to my dealer because of this and they said that it sounds like the fuel pump relay is failing and can cause me to crash/stop in the middle of the road suddenly and that theres been a recall for this for almost a year but they cant help me or fix my car because theres no parts.
