| Description of the problem | Fuel pump relay recall r09 was performed in 2015. Relay that was installed during the recall failed in 2018 causing car to stall in heavy traffic and failing to start. Created a significant safety hazard as i was left sitting in the middle of a busy intersection in heavy traffic. The recall was supposed to fix this problem. Recall was not effective at solving the problem and chrysler is now billing customers for the part and labor that the recall was supposed to fix. |
