Description of the problem	When turning on the right front turn signal my emergency flashers come on instead of the turn signal. Fog lights doesn't work at all. Wind shield wipers come on randomly whether it is raining or not. These all happen when driving the vehicle. Sometimes the vehicle will turn off right after starting. I have to re-start.
