Description of the problem	On two or three occasions in the last year, when i go to start the engine, the engine cranks many times, but won't start. I would typically believe this to be a "no fuel to the engine" issue or "no spark", but once i'm able to stop the car from cranking (which has been an issue) and attempt to start the engine again, it does so without incident. It makes me think that there is an electrical issue in the ignition system. There is no rhyme or reason as to when this happens or may happen.
