Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that from to time to time the vehicle failed to start from a cold start. The contact had to wait and attempt to restart the vehicle. An independnent mechanic checked the vehicle and found nothing wrong. The mechanic suggested that the contact use fuel injector fluid to aid in starting the vehicle which worked for a short time. The recurred and the vehicle was restarted after nine attempts.
