Description of the problem	2012 jeep grand cherokee. In regards to fuel pump relay safety recall nhtsa recall #19v-813 & manufacturer recall #v62. The manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time completing the recall repair. Jeep has experienced shut-off while driving on freeway but nobody injured. Brought vehicle to dealer and they replaced fuel relay again but was informed that there is still no part or fix from manufactuer.
