| Description of the problem | Jeep sent a recall notice without having a solution on hand. It has been 10 months since the recall. Fuel pump relay failure can cause major accidents. My vehicle has had check engine light spontaneously come on. I took it to jeep dealership for a fix and they refuse to do anything about it. I have a small child in the suv most of the time and i am concerned for the safety of the child. Jeep is not willing to work with me on a solution to either fix the vehicle or supply a temporary replacement until my vehicle is fixed. Please help! |
