| Description of the problem | Chrysler made a recall on the fuel pump relay on nov 14, 2019. On nov 18, 2019 my vehicle completely stopped in the middle of the street and did so numerous time during the week. Luckily, i was never on the highway went it happened. I called chrysler they informed me it was one of the vehicles in the recall, however they did not have a solution at the moment and i had to wait until jan 2020. I could not drive a vehicle in that condition, so i took it to my mechanic. I called chrysler to inform them of this and they said to just submit the proof of the service. However, when i did submit the proof they declined it stating chrysler had not updated the recall and there were no parts. I should get reimbursed for the recall. |
