Description of the problem	Alternator gone with low mileage 3. 6 engine 160 amp alternator. Manufacture said they had a re-call p60 but my body style and vin. # didn't match. Same eng. And alternator on the grand cherokees that were recalled makes no sense what that alternator is on. A bad alternator is bad alternator. Vehicle was in motion when a wining noise and battery light came on,smelt hot.
