Description of the problem	I received a recall notice for the above vehicle. When i brought it to seaview jeep in ocean nj i was advised that the earliest appointment is september 15. My concern is that your recall notice states that "an intermittent or failed fuel pump relay could cause the engine to fail while driving and cause a crash without warning." when i called chrysler (800-992-1997) i was advised by the representative on the phone that the car was "more likely not to start" and "you cannot control the service schedule of the dealership". My question/concern/complaint is that how can you send out a recall that clearly states the engine could stall while driving and cause a crash without warning yet make someone wait 2 weeks for the appointment. My expectation would be that for a safety concern such as this i would not have to wait 2 weeks for the recall to be addressed when you clearly state a crash could occur please advise how this will be addressed thank you [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.
