| Description of the problem | While driving our 2012 jeep grand cherokee limited the vehicle completely powers down. The engine shuts off and we loose all power to the vehicle. This has occurred a number of times both at low and high speeds. The vehicle will restart and operate normally immediately after these occurrences. Over the past two months three attempts have been made to repair the vehicle and the problem continues. Jeep believes they have identified the cause of the problem (wiring from tipm to fuel pump) but i have lost all confidence in their ability to accurately diagnose the cause based on past repair history. I believe the vehicle to be a danger to me, my family and others on the road. |
