| Description of the problem | I took my jeep to have fuel pump relay and alternator recalls serviced at napleton jeep in kissimmee fl and the car broke down a few days after being serviced, had the car towed to the dealership where they charged me $189 to say it was the starter that was bad and quoted me $800, i felt put off and got the car towed to a diff private owned shop for a second opinion, the mechanic did a full diagnosis and provided proof that the starter is good and its the alternator, stated that the dealership not only installed improperly but that the part is faulty,.
