| Description of the problem | Due to the safety recall v62 i've experienced multiple incidents of my 2012 grand cherokee stalling while driving. Within 6 months i've had the relay sensors replaced twice (no charge) and a new fuel pump, $1,200 out of pocket and my jeep still stalled. This is now the 4th time my jeep is sitting at the dealership with no fix and fca will not reimburse me for a rental. My case manager from fca said i am out of warranty, since when does a safety recall fall under a warranty? So either i drive an accident waiting to happen or continue to pay for a rental so that i can get back and forth to work. This is unacceptable that fca still does not have a fix for this and now instead of a car payment i'm paying twice as much for a rental. |
