| Description of the problem | The fuel gauge on my vehicle was not working. I took the car to berglund jeep chrysler dodge ram dealership in roanoke, va for recall 19v-813 (manufacturer recall v62), just in case the fuel pump relay was causing the issue. They refused to perform the recall due to lack of availability of the part, though i was told that the part would take 5-7 days to arrive when i made the initial appointment. They also did not perform an interim repair to address fuel pump failure (they offered to fix the fuel pump for $2100). The dealership refused any further communication to address my questions and concerns about the recall/when the part would be available. |
